Strategic Priorities

Enhance and expand security initiatives to promote safety and
foster a safe learning environment.

Expand on both academic and extracurricular offerings to allow
students to explore and discover their God-given talents.

Attract, hire, and retain an exemplary faculty and staff who are
genuinely called by God to help grow our students both spiritually
and academically to become the next generation of Disciples for
Christ.

Step 1 – Completed

Faith acquired the current property and completed construction of 14 classrooms, a student center, and the front office. This was followed by the elementary building as well as the track and field.

Step 2 – Next 5 years

Looking forward, our goals include expanding our elementary building to include a separate student center as well as additional classrooms. Along with this, we are striving to raise funds to support and improve infrastructure as well as build a new gym.

Step 3 – 5-10 years

In the next phase, we will add a fine arts wing to better support new electives. This would include a coffee shop and connection space to enhance the core values of community and discipleship.

Step 4 – 10+ years

We desire to build a strong foundation for Faith Academy’s future through strategic planning, financial sustainability, and campus development that will support students and families for generations to come.
