KNOW. GROW. GO.
KNOW. GROW. GO.
Our Team
Faith Academy is committed to providing excellent service to our parents and students, which is why we have roles and responsibilities associated with each position to help us serve you better. This not only applies to general questions and situations, but also to achieving conflict resolution. If there should ever arise a situation in which there is a concern, the position of Faith Academy is to resolve every issue by following the reconciliation steps outlined in Matthew 18. This is non-negotiable. By following these Biblical principles, we will experience God’s blessing in being obedient. All questions and concerns need to be addressed by going to the individual first. If a question or concern is not resolved at this level, then the next step is to bring your questions or concerns to the appropriate department leader the individual reports to. If your question or concern still needs to be resolved after going through all the proper channels first, then feel free to make an appointment with the school administrator. These steps are in place to protect and respect all parties involved, which also helps prevent situations that violate Faith Academy’s seventh pillar, “Use of the Tongue.”

Bami Wood
Director of Family Life
Bami Wood, would tell you that Faith Academy stole her heart during an information meeting in 2019 and she has never looked back. She deems it a great honor to have served on our board for 3 years. Ultimately, it was her unapologetic devotion to the Lord that inspired her to leave a career in design and accept a role as Family Life Director for Faith Academy. Bami not only has a passion for God’s people, she believes it’s her purpose in life to love as God loves us. Her husband Brian also serves in men’s ministry and leadership committees for our school. Their greatest joy is to serve together. Bami and Brian are proud parents of a daughter and son that honor the Lord in all that they do. They would tell you that partnering with Faith Academy was anointed because it gave their children freedom to navigate their own personal relationship with Jesus as His word was echoed to them outside of church and home through our school. For that, they are forever grateful.
